Rehoming & price How a kitten finds its home

Cat to go? Not with us. We want people and kitten to genuinely suit one another, and we take our time getting to know you.

  1. Enquiry

Simply write to us on WhatsApp or by email and tell us about yourselves.

  2. Getting to know each other

If you like, just come and visit us! And if the journey is too far: we do live in the 21st century — a first meeting over Zoom or by phone works just as well.

  3. Reservation

Ready for the adventure with a little rocket?

If the chemistry is right and you are sure, we will reserve the kitten for you. The reservation fee is 300 € and goes straight towards the purchase price. From that moment you are right there with us: we keep you supplied with fresh updates until moving day.

  4. Moving out

The move happens at twelve weeks of age at the earliest. Your little one arrives with everything needed for a perfect start: the official pedigree, vaccination record including chip number, EU pet passport, the food they are used to for the first few days, and a blanket carrying the familiar scent of mum and siblings.

A special extra: full insurance cover is included up to and including the fourteenth week of life. After that you simply decide for yourselves whether to continue it.

  5. Afterwards

We will not leave you out in the rain. Even after the move you can come to us with any question at any time. And should life ever make it impossible to keep the cat: she always comes back to us first. Animal shelters are absolutely out of the question.

Our conditions

What we ask of you

  • Indoor keeping, or outdoor access only where it is securely enclosed.
  • No single keeping. Birmans are markedly people-oriented and need the company of a second cat.
  • Neutering is required for all kittens.
  • A written purchase contract.

Price

A kitten costs 1,100 €. This includes the Felidae e.V. pedigree, the first vaccination, microchip, repeated deworming, insurance up to and including the fourteenth week of life, veterinary examination and a starter pack for the first few days.
